Choosing Products that are Best for Baby

Parents give their newborns and toddlers a lot of love and attention. Life it seems, revolves around the little ones and devoted moms leave little time for themselves. It’s no wonder that convenience baby products play an important role in saving time and work for busy parents. But are convenience baby products good for baby?

Take a look at disposable diapers. Originally developed for use in emergency situations, disposable diapers have become the status quo for children of all ages. They are a great product for trips and vacations when dragging along a diaper pail and a stack of diapers becomes a real chore. But are they really necessary for everyday wear? Is there a better product?

Disposables can be flushed but billions of dirty diapers end up in the trash. Eventually they end up in landfills all across the country where they create hazardous conditions by contaminating soil and ground water supplies. How can a product that is marketed so tenderly end up being such a nightmare?
