Returns & Exchanges

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order free of charge for any reason within two hours of placement. Please call toll free 1-877-BABY-BUY (1-877-222-9289) or 415-626-7947 or e-mail at cancellations@babybestbuy.com.

Two-hours’ past placement, there is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled. Please contact us immediately to discuss your order. In these cases, please see the Returns and Exchanges information.

Returns

We make returns easy for you. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.

Refunds and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receiving your package. Simply call our customer service department at 1-877-BABY-BUY (1-877-222-9289) or 415-626-7947 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address. Returns without an RA# will not be accepted and will be returned to the address on the package.

We do not pay for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or defective. Package the UNWASHED AND UNOPENED product (preferably in the originally shipping packaging) along with the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for return. Mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the merchandise back to us, preferably via a traceable method, such as UPS. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Only items that are in the original condition with all packing material, manuals, and registration cards included can be accepted for return and exchange. We only refund the cost of the merchandise after it has been inspected.

Refunds do not include original shipping and handling charges. After your return meets our inspection, your credit card will be credited for the purchase amount less restocking and shipping/handling fees.

Sale item purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available following the same criteria as a return. The item must be in the original package, and you'll get credit for the product price less a 15 percent restocking fee (which will be waived for defective products); shipping costs will not be refunded. Return shipping and new shipping charges apply and will be added to your total cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

At BabyBestBuy.com, we inspect each item before it leaves our warehouse. If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one free of charge.
