Canceling an Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us by either calling toll free at 1-877-BABY-BUY (1-877-222-9289) or 415-626-7947 or e-mail us at cancellations@babybestbuy.com within two hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. After two hours, we will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. In these cases, please see the returns & exchanges policy.
Returns
Sometimes you get something you really didn't need or already had. That's why we make it easy for you to return your items. Call our customer service department at 1-877-BABY-BUY (1-877-222-9289) or 415-626-7947 within 30 DAYS of receipt of your package to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address. Package the UNWASHED AND UNOPENED product (preferably in the originally shipping packaging) along with the the original packing slip and a note explaining the reason for return. Mark the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. Then ship the merchandise back to us, preferably via a traceable method, such as UPS. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
REFUNDS DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING CHARGES. We do not reimburse or refund the initial or the return Shipping & Handling charges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. On orders totalling over $100.00 that receive free shipping, if for any reason part of the order is returned, there will be a $5.95 shipping charge on your account.
Please understand that we can only accept items for return or exchange that are in the original condition with all packing material, manuals and registration cards included. You will have 30 DAYS upon receipt of the product to send it back to us. We only refund the cost of the merchandise after it has been inspected. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns need to be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any item returned without a RA# will not be accepted.
Purchases of all sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you decide you would like to exchange a product that you ordered or that you received as a gift, the same rules apply as those above for returns. The item must be in the original package, and you'll get credit for the product price only (shipping costs will not be refunded). Return shipping and new shipping charges apply and are paid for by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
Nothing is more annoying than getting something that was damaged during shipping or something that doesn't work. At BabyBestBuy.com, we strive to inspect each item prior to it leaving our warehouse. If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.
