Shipping & Tracking

U.S. Shipping

We ship directly to street addresses (no P.O. boxes) in the continental United States, via UPS, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers.

If you need to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., or to a P.O. box or Army Post Office (APO) box, please use our Bongo shipping service. (See International Shipping below for more information.)

Shipping Costs

U.S. shipping is a flat $5.95 fee for orders under $50 and FREE for orders of $50 or more. Return orders due to an incorrect address or order cancellation will be a charged a 15 percent restocking fee and/or any additional reshipping fees.

Estimated Delivery & Order Tracking

BabyBestBuy ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of order placement. Most orders shipped to residential addresses (UPS Ground or United States Postal Service) will be delivered within 2–10 business days (this is only an estimate and depends on the destination and carrier). If a specific delivery date is required, please contact us to request an estimate for expedited shipping services.

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and require an additional day or two to process. If an item is not in stock, your order will be held open for at least 10 business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still open after 10 days, a customer service representative will contact you with an estimated ship date. Please contact us if your order is late or you do not receive tracking information promptly.

Please note: Shipments can be delayed by circumstances that are beyond our control like weather, carrier delays and delivery errors, and international shipping schedules.

If we use UPS Ground, we will e-mail your UPS tracking number to follow the order status at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. You may also contact us for your order status. If you did not receive a tracking number by e-mail, please contact us with your order number.

Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused for delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred. Once we receive the returned package to our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card (for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost). Shipping charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. (This fee does not apply to packages returned to us due to shipping damage.) If you request the order to be reshipped, it will be subject to actual shipping charges.

International Shipping

We partner with Bongo International for delivery outside the continental United States. For a small fee Bongo provides customers with a domestic U.S. address (not a P.O. Box) through which you may make purchases at BabyBestBuy. Bongo receives your purchases into their online system where they are consolidated with your orders from other Bongo-affiliated retailers.
