Shipping & Tracking
Shipping to any street address in the continental U.S. is FREE for orders of $50 or more, and $5.95 for orders under $50.
If you have a shipping or billing address in Hawaii or Alaska, please call us at 1-877-Baby-Buy to order.
To ship to addresses outside the continental U.S. (including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) or to a P.O. box or Army Post Office (APO) box, you may use our Bongo shipping service. (See International Shipping below.)
We ship direct from our warehouse via UPS, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers.
We partner with Bongo International for delivery outside the continental United States. For a small fee Bongo provides customers with a domestic U.S. street address (not a P.O. box) with which you may make purchases at BabyBestBuy. Bongo receives your purchases and consolidates them with your orders from other Bongo-affiliated retailers. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of order placement. Most orders shipped to residential addresses (UPS Ground or United States Postal Service) will be delivered within approximately 2–10 business days (depending on the destination and carrier). If a specific delivery date or expedited shipping is required, please contact us to request a shipping estimate.
Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and require an additional day or two to process. If an item is not in stock, your order will be held open for at least 10 business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still open after 10 days, a customer service representative will contact you with an estimated ship date. Please contact us if your order is late or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Shipments can be delayed by circumstances that are beyond our control like weather, carrier delays and delivery errors, and international shipping schedules.
If we use UPS Ground, we will e-mail a tracking number, which you may use to track your order at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. If you did not receive a tracking number, or would like to check on your order status, please contact us with your order number.
If a package is refused for delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or cancellation, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred plus a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price minus the shipping cost and restocking fee. Shipping charges will apply even if the order qualified for free shipping. If you request the order to be reshipped, you will be charged for the additional shipping charges.
These fees do not apply to packages returned to us due to shipping damage.
